Wow, I’ve done a lot of screen work over the years! Spend too long on a green screen stage and your eyes play tricks on you when you walk off and head outdoors.
Learning how to photograph green (and blue…and orange…and white) screens well has been a hallmark of my career. Anybody can shoot them poorly and rely on the artists to slog through the process of comping it. But the less time it takes a compositor to do the shot, the more time they can spend on the important stuff.
Greenscreen shouldn’t be laborious.
